# Leadershipenergy. In order to lead with momentum and to see organisational visions come to pass, we have to ensure that our energy levels are optimal, consistently. So how do we do that? - as with everything one step at a time and gradually and then integrated as part of our lifestyle moving forward. So what are your energy boosters? Do you have them with you as you daily lead? Do you ensure you set conscious pockets of time when you recharge your leadership batteries? - Even 2 minutes of consciously breathing makes a difference. The starting point is to identify what boosts your energy and then integrate, integrate and integrate. Some of my own examples are daily ensuring I go for walks, a plant based diet, yoga, prayer, music and when I have extra time a swim. Leadership energy sets the tone for everything and should not be underestimated #leadershipcoaching

#Leadership Curiosity. The simple definition of curiosity is: a strong desire to know or learn something. The opposite of being curious is being judgemental, judgy, underestimating others and not asking questions. If leadership added curiosity to their business strategy and then integrated that too into their inclusion strategy, organisations would actually start feeling a seismic culture change not only in terms of how they engage with internal stakeholders and especially those who are excluded, but also with how they engage with their external stakeholders- some of whom they may have not been curios about.

#Leadership and Love. Not often enough do we see these 2 L’s integrated. Is it no wonder that the world is in crisis? That organisations are in turmoil over a myriad of issues? That teams are divisive ? That certain professionals are excluded from circles because of their skin colour, gender, ethnicity and……In times of VUCA when we could all come together, if we understood the power and strength of love, we somehow as leaders are choosing to continue to create unhealthy eco - systems. What about if leaders invested in love, showing love, leading with love and approaching issues with love? Leadership and love. Simple in principle and yet difficult to find. Let’s challenge ourselves to bring love to our leadership spaces.

Without it, everything else is compromised.

#Leadership Gravitas. There are some people who when they walk into a room, they make a statement just by being themselves, without even uttering a word. People are drawn to them and then when they speak, people hang on to every word they say. These people have gravitas. Many of my clients ask - how can I get this? My experience is that you can't fake gravitas- but you can practice being your authentic leadership self by my 4 P's: PRACTICE being your true self-----Be PRESENT in all interactions-----POSTURE build----Lead with authentic non ego POWER.
